Clean hotel with very pleasant staff and fab food. Extensive and amazing breakfast - lots of meals. Excellent, stunning location in Luxembourg Ardennes district not far from a valley that straddles a river, the mountain after starting a bonfire with balls of fire on a chain, and the castle and cable cars.

Wifi was perfect, good service, nice location

The breakfast was really poor, double room had two single matresses which was not so convenient

The comfort king room was comfortable with very comfy beds. the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. - the hotel was placed in the very central location up to the local castle.

All the staff were hospitable and excellent. We had the standard king room and it was new-fashioned.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Large, spacious recently remodelled room with comfortable bed. Very nice view from window. On-site restaurants served excellent food and drinks.

Limited parking adjacent to hotel, although additional parking was available down the road.

This place is just 300 meters away from the bus stop and offers spacious, luxurious units with comfortable beds.

We had a great time in a fantastic location in the town center, the room was comfortable with good amenities.

What a spectacular hotel! Beautiful design, large rooms, fantastic location near the castle and the river and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was beautifully presented and had many great choices. We had dinner in the wood-fired pizza restaurant downstairs and it was wonderful. Highly recommended!

The hotel was right on the river and overlooked the castle. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the penthouse room was excellent. The pizzeria attached to the hotel served the most wonderful freshly home-made pizza.

This place has impeccably clean and spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and smoke detectors, all in a fantastic location in the Luxembourg Ardennes region close to the charming town of Vianden.

The food at the restaurant was great, we both really enjoyed our delicious dishes! 🍴

Good location for visiting surrounding countryside, rivers etc. Brasserie in hotel very good for reasonably priced pizzas and pastas. It overlooked the river and was set outside under canopies - probably best al fresco location in the town. Room was very large and spacious, with a new, very big, flatscreen TV. Good breakfast with large choice. Free parking in hotel car park.

On arrival, hotel had no booking for us on their system. Fortunately there were rooms available, and we were upgraded to a "luxe" room(our booking had been for "confort"). Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful by giving us maps etc and telling us what we could see in town, but omitted to tell us about locked fridge and safe that we had in room, or wifi access. We had to return to desk to enquire about these things, and were provided with keys and access code. We were also not told how we could access sauna etc and no mention was made of swimmng pool at sister hotel.
